In Vivo Rodent Models
for CNS Drug Discovery
Key-Obs offers in vivo rodent models to evaluate the potential efficacy of drugs for the treatment of diseases of the central nervous system including psychiatric, neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental diseases such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, addiction, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, Huntington disease or autism spectrum disorder.

Our laboratory
600 m² Dedicated to Preclinical Research
The company has a fully equipped 600m2 laboratory with housing facilities for rats and mice, experimental rooms equipped with specific materials for in vivo tests, notably behavioral tests. All experiments are carried out in a controlled environment: stable temperature, hygrometry, air renewal, controlled lighting.

Our laboratory
Strict Ethical Compliance
Experiments are performed by authorized technicians, engineers or researchers regularly employed by the company and are directed by a researcher of Key-Obs. They are carried out in compliance with the guidelines of the French Ministry of Agriculture for experiments with laboratory animals.
The experimental protocols have been approved by the internal Ethical Committee of Key-Obs, registered at the French ministry of research.
